Terms of Service


  1. All Digital copies are non refundable. Printed/framed copies or DVDs will only be refunded if Dream Team is unable to provide the requested item in requested form.

  2. Damaged or missing items are not subject to refund. Instead the damaged/missing item will be replaced and delivered by a new one.

  3. All refunds will be issued via bank deposits only. Cash refunds will not be issued.

  4. Further, refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of refund request.This will be subject to bank processing time.

  5. All returns or replacements must be informed through email within three (03) days from the package received date.

  6. All damaged items should be delivered back to dream team media within 3-4 days.

  7. Delivering cost for returning the product should be borne by the customer unless the return or exchange is subject to a fault of Dream Team.

  8. Dream Team Management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a product and refunds will be made only if it is an error caused by Dream Team.
